		<description><![CDATA[I was very disappointed to note that Noel Carboni was not credited with all the digital image processing in the text accompanying the Rosette nebula image in the June 2008 issue of Practical Astronomer.  I have asked Eddie to rectify this oversight as an erratum in next month&#8217;s [July]  issue of Practical Astronomer.

In total approximately 8 hours of RGB data and 4 hours of H-alpha went into creating this image.  That's 12 hours of exposure time, and a similar amount of Noel's image processing time!!" class="thickbox" rel="singlepic50" >
