Sir Patrick Moore – 4th March 1923 – 9th December 2012

One thing Sir Patrick knew how to do was throw a party!  He loved people, his house was always full of visitors, and he liked to party.

The greatest ambassador we had for astronomy and for astronomers – this will be an impossible act to follow 🙁
