North America nebula region
Another star reduced version of an oldie. This time it’s the North America/Pelican nebula region of Cygnus taken with the 200mm lenses and the Trius M26C OSC CCDs. This is a 3-frame mosaic.

Another (faint) ISS Pass
From 5:39 p.m. tonight – another faint ISS pass – this time due to a blazing Moon directly behind me. You can JUST see the ISS running across the middle of the image.

4:50 p.m. ISS Pass
Tonight’s ISS pass in nautical twilight (too light really to take the image) – but you can just about make it out.

The Triangulum Galaxy – Messier 33 – Noel Carboni Process
This is an image of the Triangulum Galaxy – Messier 33 – and it has been a little while in the making. This image is a composite of data taken with the Sky90 refractor and M26C OSC CCD, the Hyperstar … Continue reading

Star Reduced California Nebula
Star reduction does a nice job on the California nebula – image taken using 3 x Sky90s and 3 x M26C OSC CCDs (non-Trius). About 16-hours of 15-minute subs (I think without looking it up).

The Whole of Delphinus
Managed to find a gap in the clouds last night to grab this image of Delphinus taken with the 200mm lenses and the 2600MC Pro CMOS OSC cameras. This was 28 x 10-minute subs and the last hour of data … Continue reading
Composite IC410/IC405 using Sky90 and 200mm lens data
This is a composite image of the IC410/IC405 region using Sky90 data (34 x 20-minutes) and 200mm lens data (76 x 15-minutes). A pretty mediocre looking image seeing as there’s 29-hours worth of data in there.
